The Rukka Melfort Jacket looks like old school canvas, but it’s actually new school materials combined as a tribute to vintage styling. Cordura Cotton is bonded to a Gore-Tex waterproof membrane for breathable waterproofing that waxed cotton alone could never achieve. Leather reinforcements on the shoulders and elbows bump up the abrasion resistance. Zippered vents on the torso control airflow so you can stay cool when the rain stops and the sun shines. Four functional external pockets keep all of your gear within easy reach. Rukka D3O Air XTR armor at the shoulders and elbows provide CE level 2 protection against impacts, while a back pocket is prepared for a D3O Air All-Back Protector. Add or remove the 60g thermal lining as the forecast demands. Strategic panels of Cordura Stretch let you move freely so there’s no straitjacket feeling.
